Curbside Pickup: Choose In Store Pickup at Checkout. Make a note you want to do curbside Pickup and when you arrive at the store call us at (704) 691-7789. Make sure to give us a description of your vehicle and where you are parked and one of our employees will bring it out to you.
At Home Delivery: If you live within 10 miles from the storefront and don’t want to rely on the mail and don’t want to come out, this is the option for you! One of our employees will deliver your purchase and leave on your porch either the same day or the following business day! A text/email will go out once the delivery has been made.

All orders placed through Standard Shipping have a usual processing and shipping time of 24 to 48 hours. Please take into consideration purchase days as weekends and holidays are excluded from the above processing and shipping time and may require more time. After items are shipped you will recieve a email (if provided) with tracking information.
All orders will not be shipped until credit card approval and address verification has been made. Please note that sometimes this may take up to 24 hours for approval.
Bubba Jane's will contact you through email (if provided) if some of the merchandise you purchased have been back ordered or currently not in stock. You will also be contacted if additional verification is needed for credit verification or any other delays.
2-3 Day Priority Upgrade Shipping:
All Priority Upgrade Orders must be placed before 11:00 A.M. EST to guarantee processing the same day as purchased pending credit card authorization and verification needed.
We try our best to always process and ship International orders the same day as purchase. International shipping can take up to 2 weeks as deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or many other reasons. We are not responsible for delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has shipped and/or left the United States.
