When purchasing with us we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our return policy.

*Free gifts with purchase offers are subject to returns. If returns are made and it compromises the free gift with purchase guidelines then with your return you may either have to forfeit the free gift or the item price of the free gift will be subtracted from your refund/credit.
Due to Hygienic Reasons any cosmetics, lingerie, sunglasses, scarves, belts, jewelry, handbags are non-returnable.
Swimwear and Activewear may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY as these items are not resold but donated to charity!
In order to return any purchase all merchandise must be returned unworn, with original tags attached and unwashed. Shoes must show no wear and be returned with box in original condition. Please take into consideration when trying things on because any marks, snags or makeup marks that are not on merchandise when shipped will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you. Since exchanges can not be made, we encourage you to place another order for any items you may want and send back the item you may have wanted to exchange for a refund or online credit. We can not guarantee stock of our items all the time so this may help in avoiding losing out in a size or item you may have wanted or needed.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. When returning a item you are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. Please read the return policies before making a purchase, as when a purchase is made it is assumed these policies have been read and agreed upon. All items are shipped with a return form, that must be filled out and sent back with the return of the items you are sending back. All returns can be shipped back upon your method of choice. Please include invoice or invoice/tracking number of original purchase with the returned shipment.
Once we have received a return please allow up to 10 days to process a return. Once a return has been processed you will be notified through email.
Only unworn/unaltered merchandise that meets the above standards may be returned for a full refund if received within 10 days of the day you receive your merchandise. Refunds will only be given and processed through the same method of payment used for your original transaction.
After 10 days only merchandise credit will be given if the above standards have been met and are received within 21 days of the day you received your merchandise. You will receive a online code through the email address you provide on the return form.
IF THE RETURN IS RECEIVED PASSED THE 21 DAY LIMIT OR DOES NOT FIT THE ABOVE STANDARDS THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND OUR STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD UNLESS ANOTHER METHOD HAS BEEN AGREED UPON THROUGH BUBBA JANE'S. WE WILL ONLY HOLD NON- RETURNABLE CLOTHING FOR 30 DAYS. AFTER 30 DAYS, REGARDLESS OF AGREEMENT MADE ITEMS WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY.
