When purchasing with us we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our return policy.
ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICIES: *Effective January 7, 2019*
  • We accept returns as long as they are received to us within 21 days of being delivered to you (we will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment) for most of our items as long as they are in new condition with tags still attached.
  • We only offer store credit for returns. You will receive an e-gift card via email valid for one year. This can be used online or in our Belmont, NC storefront.
  • Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 
  • After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you by chance receive a defective item you must contact us within 2 business days of the day you received your order. After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good! We are not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.
  • We do our best to double check each order before it is sent out. Since we are human, mistakes unfortunately can happen. If you were sent an incorrect item or are missing items from your order please contact us immediately by one of the following methods with your Name, Order #, and an explanation of the wrong items sent to you.

  • All reports for missing/incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted! We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item(s). Once you've received the label, please send us back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you out the correct item.
  • Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 
  • Items must be unaltered, unwashed and unworn in order to receive a refund in the form of store credit. All clearance items, merchandise purchased with a 25% or more off discount, BOGO 50% off items, cosmetics, lingerie, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE. Swimwear and Activewear are eligible for store credit only as long as they still have sanitary stickers attached along with our other return standards being met as well. All items purchased with a free gift must also be sent back with the item(s) being returned.Shoes must be returned with the original box with no signs of wear and in new condition. Please take into consideration when trying things on because marks (including makeup), snags or damage to an item that were not on merchandise when shipped will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you. Again, the store credit will be issued in the form of a e-gift card through email with the email you provide on this return form.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. When returning an item you are responsible for the shipping and handling (carrier method is of your choice as well). All items must be returned with this return form filled out.
  • No exceptions will be made and all returns are subject to these policies.  


All​ ​shipping​ ​fees​ ​are​ ​non-refundable.​ ​When​ ​returning​ ​an item​ ​you​ ​are​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​shipping​ ​and​ ​handling (carrier​ ​method​ ​is​ ​of​ ​your​ ​choice​ ​as​ ​well and when highly recommend tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost mail items!).​ ​

All​ ​items​ ​must​ ​be returned​ ​with​ ​the return​ ​form​ ​filled​ ​out that is sent with each order.

No​ ​exceptions​ ​will​ ​be​ ​made​ ​and​ ​all​ ​returns​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to these​ ​policies.

Follow the prompts, drop it in the mail and we take care of the rest!

Once we received your return, store credits will be issued within 3-5 business days.
