When purchasing with us we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our return policy.

 

We​ ​accept​ ​returns​ ​as​ ​long​ ​as​ ​they​ ​are​ ​received​ ​to​ ​us​ ​within 21​ ​days​ ​of​ ​purchase​ ​(this​ ​date​ ​can​ ​be​ ​found​ ​on​ ​your ​receipt) for​ ​most​ ​of​ ​our​ ​items​ ​as​ ​long​ ​as​ ​they​ ​are​ ​in​ ​new​ ​condition with​ ​tags​ ​still​ ​attached.​ ​If​ ​we​ ​receive​ ​the​ ​return​ ​within​ ​14 days​ ​of​ ​purchase​ ​date​ ​it​ ​will​ ​be​ ​eligible​ ​for​ ​a​ ​full​ ​refund.​ ​If the​ ​return​ ​is​ ​received​ ​after​ ​14​ ​days​ ​(up​ ​to​ ​21​ ​days),​ ​store credit​ ​only​ ​will​ ​be​ ​given.​ ​Any​ ​return​ ​received​ ​after​ ​the​ ​21 days​ ​allowed​ ​will​ ​not​ ​be​ ​accepted.​ ​Please​ ​mark​ ​on​ ​the​ ​return form​ ​if​ ​you​ ​are​ ​just​ ​wanting​ ​store​ ​credit​ ​with​ ​your​ ​return.

Items​ ​must​ ​be​ ​unaltered,​ ​unwashed​ ​and​ ​unworn​ ​in​ ​order​ ​to receive​ ​a​ ​refund​ ​or​ ​store​ ​credit.​ ​All​ ​clearance​ ​items, merchandise​ ​purchased​ ​with​ ​a​ ​20%​ ​or​ ​more​ ​off​ ​discount/code, cosmetics,​ swimwear, ​lingerie​ ​and​ all​accessories​ ​are​ ​FINAL​ ​SALE. Activewear​ ​is only eligible​ ​for​ ​store​ ​credit​ ​only as​ ​long​ ​as​ ​the items still​ ​have​ ​sanitary​ ​stickers​ ​attached​ ​along with​ ​our​ ​other​ ​return​ ​standards​ ​being​ ​met​ ​as​ ​well.​ A​​ ll​ ​items purchased​ ​with​ ​a​ ​free​ ​gift​ ​must​ ​also​ ​be​ ​sent​ ​back​ ​with​ ​the item(s)​ ​being​ ​returned.​ ​Shoes​ ​must​ ​be​ ​returned​ ​with​ ​the original​ ​box​ ​with​ ​no​ ​signs​ ​of​ ​wear​ ​and​ ​in​ ​new​ ​condition. Please​ ​take​ ​into​ ​consideration​ ​when​ ​trying​ ​things​ ​on because​ ​marks​ ​(including​ ​makeup),​ ​snags​ ​or​ ​damage​ ​to​ ​an item​ ​that​ ​were​ ​not​ ​on​ ​merchandise​ ​when​ ​shipped​ ​will​ ​not​ ​be accepted​ ​as​ ​a​ ​return​ ​and​ ​will​ ​be​ ​sent​ ​back​ ​to​ ​you.​ ​Refunds will​ ​only​ ​be​ ​given​ ​through​ ​the​ ​same​ ​method​ ​of​ ​payment used​ ​for​ ​original​ ​purchase.​ ​Store​ ​credit​ ​will​ ​be​ ​issued​ ​in​ ​the form​ ​of​ ​a​ ​gift​ ​card​ ​through​ ​email​ ​with​ ​the​ ​email​ ​you​ ​provide on​ ​the ​return​ ​form included with you receipt.

All​ ​shipping​ ​fees​ ​are​ ​non-refundable.​ ​When​ ​returning​ ​an item​ ​you​ ​are​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​shipping​ ​and​ ​handling (carrier​ ​method​ ​is​ ​of​ ​your​ ​choice​ ​as​ ​well and when highly recommend tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost mail items!).​ ​All​ ​items​ ​must​ ​be returned​ ​with​ ​the return​ ​form​ ​filled​ ​out that is sent with each order.

No​ ​exceptions​ ​will​ ​be​ ​made​ ​and​ ​all​ ​returns​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to these​ ​policies.
